Panic attacks are frightening. Even if one suspects that the attack is an anxiety attack, if the symptoms progress or fail to subside, the heart may be failing and medical attention should be sought immediately. The anxiety attack symptoms replicate a heart attack and are often confused as such. Help for anxiety attacks is here though. As we age, our risk of developing heart disease, high cholesterol levels, weak joints and muscles, and host of other medical condition goes up. Most of the people who become ill feel frustrated and have feelings of despair. Many of these people may have said at one point in their lives something along the lines of, "It's not going to happen to me." But that's just setting themselves up later in life.
